At the Wipperfürth location, we are looking for a

Patient Service Employee (m/f/d)

part-time (up to 10 hours per week).

• Inclusion of service and care-related wishes on the part of patients
• If qualifications are available, their processing alternatively forwarded
• Ordering, checking and stocking of station requirements
• Compliance with the targets of patient satisfaction in the area of catering

• A completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) or as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the field of patient service in hospitals desirable
• A high level of social competence and sensitivity in dealing with patients in the sense of the Helios service concept and the quality of care
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills with all parties involved
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Family-friendly working hours in the morning of approx. four hours Monday to Saturday, also possible as a mini-job
