At the Wipperfürth site we are looking for the next possible date for a

Patient service employee (m/f/d)

part-time (up to 10 hours per week).

• Receiving service and care-related requests from patients
• If qualified, processing them or alternatively forwarding them
• Ordering, checking and putting away the ward supplies
• Compliance with patient satisfaction targets in the area of catering

• Completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the field of patient service in a hospital is desirable
• A high level of social competence and sensitivity in dealing with patients in terms of the Helios service concept and quality of care
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills with all parties involved
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Family-friendly working hours in the mornings of approx. four hours on Mondays to Saturdays, also possible as a mini-job
