To support our team in the HR department at Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg, we are looking for you as a committed intern (m/f/d) in HR management on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Responsibility for applicant management
• Processing of the Germany ticket
• Entry of master data in the LOGA accounting system
• Tracking deadlines, e.g. expiry of probationary periods, time limits and mandatory instructions
• Responsibility for own projects
• Supporting the HR department in day-to-day work processes

• Student in a business-related field (ideally with a focus on HR, personnel management, economics or business administration)
• Very good knowledge of German
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Quick comprehension skills
• Flexibility and the ability to work independently and autonomously
• Open-minded and enjoy working with people
• Proof of a full vaccination against measles
