Midwife in Deputy Management Function (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Support of the management in the organization and coordination of the delivery room
• Participation in the technical and personnel management of the division
• Support, support and development of employees in the team
• Ensuring high-quality, family-oriented care for patients
• Promotion of structured and appreciative cooperation in the delivery room
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with related departments

• Completed training as a midwife (m/f/d)
• Independent, responsible and structured way of working
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to participate in shift work
• Organizational skills, communication skills and assertiveness
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
