Nursing educators (m/f/d) or medical educators (m/f/d)

full-time at the training centre / vocational school for nursing in Nienburg/Weser

• Planning, implementation and follow-up of lessons in nursing training in accordance with the school's internal curriculum.
• Supportive support for the practical assignments of our trainees. (Practical support)
• Assumption of course management tasks.
• Organizational and administrative tasks.
• Active participation and design of the implementation of future-oriented generalist training in the nursing professions.
• Active participation and design in school development and continuous curriculum reflection.
• They help to improve the quality of care in the region.
• They play a decisive role in the training of future nursing professionals and accompanying them on their way to becoming a profession

• You have a degree in nursing education or a comparable qualification, at least a bachelor's degree with the willingness to complete a master's degree
• Alternatively, you have a degree as a teacher for nursing professions with grandfathering
• You have completed vocational training in a nursing profession
• You enjoy teaching and have good contact with people
• You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• You have a high degree of technical, methodological and social competence
• Important skills for this position include communication, flexibility, empathy, commitment, and planning
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
