full-time at the training center / vocational school for nursing in Nienburg/Weser

What you can expect

Planning, implementation and follow-up of lessons in nursing training in accordance with the school's internal curriculum.
Supporting the practical assignments of our trainees. (practical supervision)
Assumption of course management tasks.
Organizational and administrative tasks.
Active collaboration and design of the implementation of future-oriented generalist training in the nursing professions.
Actively participate in and shape school development and continuous curriculum reflection.
Contribute to improving the quality of nursing care in the region.
You will play a decisive role in training future nursing professionals and supporting them on their path to becoming a professional

What you bring with you

You have a degree in nursing education or a comparable qualification, at least a Bachelor's degree with a willingness to do a Master's degree
Alternatively, you have a qualification as a teacher for nursing professions with grandfathering
You have completed vocational training in a nursing profession
You enjoy teaching and have good contact with people
You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
You are characterized by a high level of professional, methodological and social competence
Important skills for this position are communication, flexibility, empathy, commitment and planning
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
