We are looking for you as a nursing educator or medical educator (m/f/d) for our training center in Schwerin at the earliest possible date.

• You will actively support us with your ideas and expertise in the further development of our training center
• You are responsible for organizing theoretical and practical lessons and enjoy supporting our training participants in their further development
• As the responsible course leader, you provide holistic support to your training participants
• "Out-of-the-box" is not a foreign concept for you
• You work with a lot of creativity on the implementation and further development of the pedagogical and technical concept

• Completed vocational training in healthcare and nursing in combination with a degree in nursing or medical education at Master's or comparable level
• Initial experience in teaching
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, very good communication skills and openness to new ideas
• Personal commitment, paired with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
