For our inpatient pain clinic in Hünfeld, which is currently being set up, we are looking for a psychological psychotherapist (m/f/d) / psychologist (m/f/d) M.Sc in therapy training part-time with 20 hours / week as soon as possible.

The pain clinic will initially comprise 8 inpatient treatment places. The focus of the treatment is multimodal pain therapy, according to the ideas of the biopsychosocial disease model. Special attention should be paid to holistic aspects and complementary medical procedures.

What to expect

You will be responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain patients
You will create individual therapy plans
They carry out individual and group psychotherapy as well as relaxation techniques and psychoeducational groups
Interdisciplinary cooperation and active participation in the development phase

What you bring to the table

You have a diploma or master's degree in psychology and have a license to practice medicine or are in training as a psychological psychotherapist (m/f/d)
Training in behavioral therapy would be desirable
Interest in the treatment of chronic pain patients and willingness to undergo further training in pain therapy
Willingness to deal with the topics of death and dying
Sense of responsibility, initiative, organizational talent, ability to work in a team, structured way of working as well as resilience and flexibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios St. Elisabeth Clinic Hünfeld is an acute care hospital with 158 beds.
