What to expect

Your tasks will include the implementation of individual psychological therapies as part of multimodal pain therapy
You will take over the management of indication-specific group therapies as well as relaxation groups
They conduct diagnostic, therapeutic and supportive individual consultations on the geriatric wards
They provide psychological care for patients in the geriatric day clinic
Interdisciplinary cooperation and contribution of the psychological perspective to team meetings
Consultant work on all wards of the hospital

What you bring to the table

You have a university degree in psychology (Dipl./M.Sc.) with a focus on clinical psychology or a corresponding university degree in medicine (FA for Psychiatry/Psychosomatics)
It is desirable to have a license to practice as a psychotherapist or you are in advanced psychotherapy training
You have experience as an individual and group therapist, including relaxation methods
You are interested in multimodal pain therapy, working with geriatric patients, interdisciplinary teams and socio-medical issues
You work reliably, independently and in a structured manner and are characterized by the ability to work in a team and organizational talent.
You bring the legally required proof of your measles immunization with you.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig with 175 beds in the departments of anaesthesia, intensive care, pain therapy & palliative medicine, surgery, geriatrics, internal medicine & sleep medicine centre, a radiology institute and a central emergency clinic treats around 9,000 inpatients and 35,000 outpatients every year.
