Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for General Surgery

full-time or part-time.

• Support of the chief physician and the medical management team of the Clinic for General Surgery
• Collaboration in tasks in quality, organizational and process management of the clinic
• Independent appointment and event management (e.g. meetings, conferences, training courses, commissions, etc.)
• Preparation and processing of medical reports or requirements.
• General administrative and organizational activities in the clinical environment
• Interface function between medical service, nursing, administration and external contact persons
• Accounting for private physicians and the employers' liability insurance association

• Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) or comparable training in the medical field
• Very good writing and language skills as well as a good knowledge of medical terminology, ideally in the field of anaesthesia and intensive care medicine
• Good PC skills; Experience with SAP and MS Office is desirable
• High degree of responsibility, discretion and organizational strength
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Appreciative, professional and situation-appropriate communication towards all professional groups
