To strengthen the team in the Central Emergency Department, we are looking for a full-time medical assistant (m/f/d) for the ZNA reception from 01.08.2025.

• Friendly reception and admission of patients
• Dealing with EDP-protected patient: internal admission and documentation procedures
• Initial assessment of emergency patients: inside using the Manchester Triage System (MTS)
• Documentation and passing on information as part of patient care
• Close cooperation with the affiliated emergency care unit
• You are a competent contact person for relatives

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant
• Friendly and responsible interaction with patients
• High social and professional competence
• Enjoy organizing complex work processes
• Willingness to work at weekends
• Commitment, sense of responsibility, independent and careful work as well as the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Klinik Titisee-Neustadt, a basic and standard care hospital with 151 beds and 400 employees, is an academic teaching hospital of the University Medical Center Freiburg.

The clinic has the departments of internal medicine, neurology, general and visceral surgery, trauma surgery/orthopaedics, gynaecology/obstetrics with a certified breast center, as well as anaesthesia and geriatrics.

The hospital also has a dialysis practice and a branch oncology practice as well as a radiology practice with CT and MRI.

Over 8,000 inpatients and 12,700 outpatients are treated here every year.

A daycare center for children aged zero to six is attached to our clinic.
