At the Helios University Hospital Wuppertal, there are training places to be filled for the training as a Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analysis / MTL (m/f/d) as of 01.03.2027.

• At school, you will learn the important basics, such as the biochemical processes of the human body, organ-specific analyses/microscopy and pathogens
• In practice, you will learn about areas such as microbiology, histology, haematology and clinical chemistry, where your tasks will include carrying out laboratory tests on the basis of body tissue and body fluids for the prevention of diseases as well as for disease detection and treatment
• You will learn state-of-the-art technology and have access to laboratory IT
• In addition, quality assurance activities and their documentation will be part of your future tasks

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate with completed vocational training, an intermediate school leaving certificate or a (technical) high school diploma
• You want to work in a great profession of the future
• You are characterized by a committed, reliable but also team-oriented character who enjoys helping people
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• 3-year vocational training
