Training MTL / Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analysis (m/f/d)

Starting on 01.10.2026, you can start the three-year training as an MTL / Medical Technologists for Laboratory Analysis (m/f/d) in our in-house MT school.

• You will independently and independently examine blood and body fluids to detect diseases and assess follow-up checks
• You will determine organ-specific parameters such as heart enzymes, liver and kidney values, hormones, tumor markers and the effectiveness of medications
• You will test blood for drugs and perform urine diagnostics, test blood types and check donor blood in preparation for blood transfusions
• You will work with pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and fungi from patient material and test effective drugs
• You process tissue samples into histological preparations (casting, cutting, staining)

• You are of legal age and have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate
• C1 German Language Skills
• Good grades in the natural sciences
• Ideally, you have already completed a one-week internship in a medical laboratory
• You are characterized by a committed, reliable but also team-oriented character who enjoys helping people
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A training allowance according to the collective agreement, 1st year of training € 1,425.40 gross, 2nd year of training € 1,477.15 gross, 3rd year of training € 1,561.24 gross
• 29 days of vacation, an additional non-smoking vacation day and a traditional day (Shrove Monday)
