To strengthen our surgical team, we are looking for a

Head of Surgery (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for the organization and management of the operating room
• Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Coordination of surgical planning and personnel resources as well as support and guidance of the surgical team in their daily work
• Collaboration with specialist departments to optimise patient care
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement processes
• Weekend and holiday readiness if necessary is required.

• Completed training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d) or completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with specialist training in surgery
• You are a personality with extensive professional experience in the OR area as well as initial management experience through management activities in OR management or OR functional areas
• You have motivating and positive leadership behavior as well as communication skills that are characterized by appreciation and empathy
• Through your experience and social skills and enthusiasm, you will be able to motivate and promote employees
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
