What you bring to the table

A degree in psychology
A license to practice as a psychotherapist (m/f/d)
Ability to take on management activities in the professional group of psychologists, with planning of assignments, therapy offers, conducting employee appraisals
Ability to take on training tasks as part of the practical training as a psychotherapist (m/f/d), with offers of supervision and coordination of internships
Willingness to maintain contacts with external training institutions
Organizational and communication skills
Safe handling of patients and their relatives
Flexibility, resilience and an independent way of working
Economic thinking and acting as well as commitment and creativity
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
