What you bring with you

A degree in psychology
A license to practice as a psychotherapist (m/f/d)
Ability to take on management activities in the professional group of psychologists, with planning of assignments, therapy offers, conducting staff appraisals
Ability to take on training tasks in the context of practical training as a psychotherapist (m/f/d), with offers of supervision and coordination of internships
Willingness to maintain contacts with external training centers
Organizational and communication skills
Confident interaction with patients and their relatives
Flexibility, resilience and an independent way of working
Economic thinking and action as well as commitment and creativity
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
