Controller - IT projects specialist (m/f/d)

full-time as part of FlexWork based in Berlin or alternatively at one of our clinic locations

Become part of the Group Controlling organization and take on a versatile role within the commercial support for the IT function. We are looking for proactive personalities who can contribute their know-how to the financial support of IT projects and initiatives.

What to expect

As part of our matrix organization, you will support the IT function, the IT project managers and the functional controlling department in the preparation of IT project figures and the preparation of financial analyses with a focus on the Helios DE IT budget at the headquarters and our clinics & medical centers
You will identify deviations and financial drivers in IT projects and learn how to prepare results in an understandable way
You will support the creation of budget planning, forecasts, variance and driver analyses as well as reports on IT projects and (saving) measures
You will work closely with experienced colleagues as well as with IT project teams and controlling interfaces
You will develop a deep understanding of IT costs, project logics and financial control mechanisms in a large corporation
You will be actively involved in the further development of reporting standards, analysis logics and processes and support the digital transformation of IT controlling

What you bring to the table

Successfully completed studies in economics or business-related fields (e.g. business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, health economics)
Initial practical experience in controlling, finance or project environment (e.g. internship, working student activity) is an advantage
Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking skills and structured way of working
Very good Excel skills - first points of contact with SAP or BI tools are an advantage
Willingness to learn, team spirit and interest in project-oriented work
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
