Senior Controller – IT planning & reporting specialist (m/f/d)

full-time as part of FlexWork with headquarters in Berlin or alternatively at one of our clinic locations.

Become part of the Group Controlling organization and take on a versatile role within the commercial support for the IT function. We are looking for proactive personalities who work on IT analytical issues with company- and group-wide relevance and contribute their know-how.

What to expect

As part of our matrix organization, you will support the IT function with profitability calculations, financial IT analyses, deviation and driver considerations and management reports of complex IT issues with a focus on the Helios DE IT budget at the head office and our clinics & MVZ
You will create the essential finance deliverables for the IT function (including budget, forecast, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, flash report) with timely and consistent provision to Functional Controlling
Together with the IT function management, you will identify, analyze and calculate (saving) measures, take into account projects and investment plans, and coordinate issues with e.g. functional controlling and shareholder & investment controlling
Some of your analyses and evaluations will be carried out in a group-wide context, e.g. to support requirements for Fresenius
You will guide colleagues in the execution of relevant activities and take responsibility for work packages and coordination with relevant stakeholders in the Group
In addition, you are actively involved in the further development of reporting standards, IT KPIs, analysis logics, IT billing models and processes and support the digital transformation of IT controlling

What you bring to the table

Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, health economics or a comparable course of study with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in IT controlling - ideally in the life science / healthcare sector or in a complex corporate environment
Quick comprehension of changing issues and interest in varied, multi-layered issues with different stakeholders
Strong ability to structure, interpret and prepare financial data in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
Independent, structured way of working and preferably experience in communicating work content in an understandable way and accompanying colleagues
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP modules - further BI tool knowledge (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
High quality standards, independence and a good sense of priorities
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
