Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d)

full-time.

• You will look after a fixed group of employees
• You will be responsible for the initial creation, maintenance and review of the personnel master data
• You will maintain correspondence with offices, authorities and social security institutions
• You will deal with all personnel issues in day-to-day operations from entry to exit
• You will prepare the monthly payroll in cooperation with the payroll center
• You will support the HR management in day-to-day business

• You have completed commercial vocational training
• Preferably, you have initial professional experience in human resources processing, preferably in the healthcare sector
• You are confident in the use of common MS Office applications and HR software programs, ideally with P&I LoGa
• You have initial knowledge of labour, social, collective bargaining and works constitution law
• They are characterized by a committed, friendly and collegial character
• An independent and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you
