Outpatient Billing Clerk (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time as part of FlexWork

What to expect

Implementation and control of the ASV billing (if necessary, including service allocation and documentation check), as well as necessary correction via the DTA
Examination and billing of therapeutic product prescriptions, as well as necessary correction via the DTA
Execution and control of billing in special outpatient clinics (e.g. SPC, PIA, children's special outpatient clinic)
Communication with health insurance companies, ASV coordination partners and internal departments
Monitoring of deadlines, plausibility and returns
Maintenance of billing-relevant data in the hospital system

What you bring to the table

Completed training in the medical or commercial field, e.g. as a healthcare clerk, medical assistant (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d) with billing experience
Sound knowledge of EBM, ideally also of therapeutic products and ASV regulations
Experience in using a hospital information system
Careful and structured way of working, high accuracy
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Willingness to undergo continuous training in billing issues
