• Management and organization of the chief physician's secretariat
• Communication with referring practices and clinics
• Coordination and organization of patient flow in the outpatient and inpatient area
• Coordination and processing of internal and external patient and doctor inquiries as well as OR coordination for outpatients and inpatients
• Reliable management of patient-related documents
• Flexible collaboration on special topics within the clinic

• Completed training as a medical assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant
• Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation in a team working according to the latest quality standards and a willingness to work independently are required
• Patient friendliness and a willingness to help
• Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
