For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for you as a Case Manager (m/f/d) for Oncology as soon as possible.

• Communication & coordination: Exchange with referring practices and processing of outpatient and inpatient physician and patient inquiries.
• Manage patient flow: Organization of processes in the outpatient and inpatient areas.
• Accompanying discharges: Taking over discharge management.
• Ensuring documentation: Reliable management of patient-related records.
• Medical assistance: Support with blood sampling, port needles and interventions.
• Flexible deployment: Collaboration on special topics and projects at the clinic.

• Qualified in the healthcare sector: You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant:in.
• Interdisciplinary & independent: You enjoy working in a team, actively contribute and take responsibility - also independently.
• Approachable & helpful: For you, dealing with patients is characterized by empathy and a service mentality.
• Communicative & committed: You have team spirit and strong communication skills.
• Formalities: You have the legally required proof of measles immunity.
