We are looking for you for the three-year generalist training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) starting on 01.09.2026.

The theoretical training takes place in a medical vocational school in Döbeln!

• During your three-year training, you will go through the various fields of work in nursing and will be prepared for your professional role as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• You will learn to recognize the care needs and emergency situations of your patients, to react appropriately and to participate in nursing measures
• We teach you how to support people of all ages in need of care, plan and document their care process
• You will complete various practical assignments, e.g. in the various departments of the hospital as well as in outpatient and inpatient long-term care areas
• You will be accompanied through your training by regular practical guidance and well prepared for your final exams and subsequent professional activity

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma or main final certificate and at least two years of vocational training as a nursing assistant / geriatric care assistant (m/f/d)
• You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, empathy and reliability
• You are interested in medical, nursing and social tasks
• You are willing to work in shifts
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

How does the training work?

Three years of training in theory and practice:

The practical training takes place in 2,500 hours in our clinic and in the long-term care area.

The theoretical training takes place at the Heimerer Schule in Döbeln.

At the end of your training, you can expect an oral, written and practical final examination, for which we will prepare you well over the three years.
