• A three-year training course, which is divided into a school and practical area
• Support in the care and care of our patients
• Integration into various medical therapy and diagnostic procedures
• Participation in care documentation
• Possible practice units in the areas of: cardiology, gastroenterology, trauma surgery, neurology, general surgery, gynecology/obstetrics, surgery/anaesthesia, emergency room and intensive care

• At least a secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent school leaving certificate
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Interest in working with people and in nursing, social and medical specialties
• Empathy and helpfulness
• Ability to work in a team and commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization Measles
• At least proof of B2 certificate

• Remuneration according to the Helios collective agreement:
• 1st year of training 1,548.90 €
• 2nd year of training: €1,600.65
• 3rd year of training € 1,817.08
• incl. an annual special payment
• A laptop/iPad for private use and access to the e-learning platform
• Up to 30 days of vacation
• Company health management as well as free use of the clinic's own fitness room
• Certified first aid course (also for the driver's license)
• The Helios PlusCard: A supplementary insurance financed by Helios with, among other things, treatment by a doctor of choice in the event of a hospital stay in one of our acute care clinics
