Palliative Care Nurse (m/f/d)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as a palliative care consultant (m/f/d) for 23 hours/week.

• Assessment and treatment of inpatients with life-shortening illnesses and complex symptoms as part of palliative medical consultations (palliative care service)2
• Systemic counseling: discussions with patients, relatives and families to clarify responsibilities, needs and tasks
• As part of a multi-professional team, you will actively participate in the planning and management of further outpatient or inpatient care according to patient wishes and possibilities

• A completed palliative care qualification or a willingness to undertake further training
• Interest in in-depth further training in and in a department with a broad medical spectrum
• Professional skills, strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, colleagues and students
• Enthusiasm
• Creative ideas for the further development of patient care
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
