To strengthen our team at the Center for Palliative Medicine (SAPV), we are looking for you as a nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d) with palliative care qualification.

What to expect

Our multi-professional team cares for patients with severe, progressive illnesses and their relatives
The aim of the work is to maintain, promote and improve the quality of life and self-determination of seriously ill people and to enable them to live a dignified life until death
Interdisciplinary and holistic cooperation
Professional and socially competent guidance, care and accompaniment of seriously ill or dying patients and their relatives

What you bring to the table

A completed training in health, nursing or geriatric care
Professional experience in palliative or hospice work
If possible, a completed palliative care training
A car driver's license
Willingness to take on weekend or on-call duty, depending on the location
Enjoyment of independent, responsible work, networking and coordination
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
