For our nursing team at Helios Klinikum Hildesheim, we are looking for you as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) with a focus on inpatient admission processes at the earliest possible date

What you can expect

Patient admission incl. corresponding data maintenance in the IT systems
You are the first point of contact on site for organizational questions from our patients
Administrative tasks, e.g. preparation of treatment contracts
Supporting the nursing team in patient-related activities on the ward
Attractive working hours from Monday to Friday, day shift only

What you bring with you

Completed training as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d)
Friendly, confident and service-oriented appearance
Ideally initial experience in practice management, practice coordination or similar
Strong communication skills and empathy
Good IT skills (ideally in Orbis)
Organizational talent, structured work and flexibility
You are characterized by team spirit and reliability
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
