We are looking for you to strengthen our team at the Medical Care Center in Warburg as soon as possible as

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (approx. 20 h / week)

What to expect

You will be the contact person at the registration desk and support the coordination of the practice process, including appointments and telephone service
They accompany the doctor's consultations
The recording of services and change of patient status is part of your area of responsibility
You will also support statutory health insurance and private billing (quarterly billing)
You will work closely together in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and specialists (m/f/d)
In some cases, you will also take on the tasks of a practice manager (including practice organisation, close cooperation with the commercial management and the administrative departments)

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
You will maintain an empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
Ideally, you have knowledge of practice software programs or are open to acquiring them
You are characterized by enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism are important components of your daily work
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
