To strengthen our practice team at the Helios Poliklinik Berlin-Buch , we are looking for you as a full-time

MFA / Medical assistant (m/f/d) - Ophthalmology

What you can expect

You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
You will be involved in the organization and optimization of internal processes
You will also support the performance of eye tests, visual field measurements and OCTs
After appropriate training, you will also be deployed in the OR to assist with IVOM (intravitreal surgical drug administration)
You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as documenting treatment procedures or changing patient status
You will also assist with the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ)

What you bring with you

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector
You have good IT skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
You have a patient-oriented and empathetic way of working
You also enjoy working in a team and are characterized by commitment, a sense of responsibility and diligence
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
