To strengthen our practice team at the Helios Orthopaedic Center in Berlin-Wittenau, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

What you can expect

You will be responsible for organizing consultation appointments, coordinating patients by telephone and will be the first point of contact for our patients
After extensive training, you will assist our medical specialists during examinations and treatments
You will be responsible for looking after patients before, during and after consultation hours
In addition, you will support us with administrative tasks and in recording and billing the services provided (private and statutory health insurance billing)
You will work together with colleagues from other specialist areas on an interdisciplinary basis and contribute to the further development of our MVZ

What you bring with you

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
Experience in outpatient medical care and knowledge in the field of orthopaedics desirable, but not a prerequisite
Knowledge of bandaging / possibly injection certificate / possibly X-ray certificate desirable
Experience in dealing with IT-supported processes and knowledge in the operation of practice software programs or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
Friendly and empathetic interaction with our patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
