What to expect

Administrative support of the consultation hours as well as telephone services and appointments (orders, reading eGK, etc.) as well as preparation of documents, e.g. preparation of the patient file and consultation minutes
Processing and solving special concerns of all our customers, correspondence with the complainants by letter, e-mail and telephone as well as coordination of research on the specific complaint cases, together with the responsible departments
Initiation of necessary measures and monitoring to resolve or clarify the complaint issues
Support and implementation of the developed measures of the central referring physician management for the sustainable optimization of patient management
Support in the standardization of the contact process for referring physicians, including regular follow-up with the responsible bodies such as the secretariats and the chief physicians
Coordination and support of the organisation of regular information events, personal discussions and further training for referring physicians

What you bring to the table

Completed medical training (e.g. medical assistant) or a comparable qualification in the healthcare sector
Professional experience in recording and processing patient requests and requests, primarily in patient service/elective service management
Strong communication and coordination skills as well as a confident appearance and a high degree of customer and service orientation
Enjoyment of working with interfaces within the clinic as well as with the established practices as well as willingness to travel for external appointments with referring physicians
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative as well as a success-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
