At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for our Helios Clinic in Gifhorn as a

Medical assistant for the outpatient center (m/f/d)

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments
• You are responsible for accompanying and assisting with consultation hours
• Planning and coordinating outpatient and inpatient surgeries
• You will also provide support in billing management
• You will also carry out general laboratory work and functional diagnostics

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You are committed, a team player and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various specialties (an advantage)
• You have good IT skills
• Good knowledge of practice organization, preferably across disciplines
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
