As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a

Medical Assistant for the Outpatient Centre (m/f/d)

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management is within your area of responsibility
• You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting the consultation hours
• Planning and coordination of outpatient and inpatient surgeries
• To do this, you will act as a support in billing management
• General laboratory activities and functional diagnostics will also be carried out by you

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have commitment, the ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in various disciplines (an advantage)
• You have good IT skills
• Good knowledge of practice organization, if possible across disciplines
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
