Employee in operational supply chain management (m/f/d)

What to expect

Monitoring of deliveries incl. delivery dates
Optimization of Helios inventory including inventory monitoring with regard to quantity and costs
Management of the supply chain across all locations with the aim of ensuring security of supply, cost-effectiveness, up-to-dateness of the product ranges in cooperation with PKM
Management of the operational assortment changeover for warehouses and module supply
Control of the replacement article process in coordination with the warehouse management
Advice to warehouse managers and support in planning warehouse item scheduling

What you bring to the table

You have completed commercial or medical training or a degree in business administration or hospital-specific professional experience
Process understanding of the supply chain
You are confident in using software applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP is desirable
You are characterized by a friendly, service-oriented appearance, have a high degree of reliability, organizational skills, resilience and flexibility and enjoy working in a team
Experience in the care of medical facilities desirable
You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
