Independent management of sophisticated technical correspondence with the Fresenius subsidiaries on a global level.
Regular independent negotiation and drafting of complex "Supply Chain Agreements" for the defined areas of responsibility as well as the associated material and customer master data.
Independent monitoring and optimization of stock levels in the responsible production facilities by means of extensive data processing systems.
Independent monitoring of inventories as well as range assessment in the subsidiaries to be supported in order to ensure the goals agreed in the "Supply Chain Agreements".
Creation and review of delivery proposals using the SAP planning tool IBP (Integrated Business Planning) as well as delivery note creation and coordination of shipping with other German production areas and logistics in Friedberg.
Conducting statistical analyses as well as various evaluations (PU Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Stockout Reports, etc.) to provide information to decision-makers.
Processing of complaints, returns, creation of credit and debit notes, etc.
Completed commercial training or further education in the field of logistics, materials management or supply chain management or, alternatively, a university degree in economics
Several years of professional experience (at least three years) in a comparable position within the supply chain
Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with SAP IBP is an advantage
Very good written and spoken English skills
