For the surgical assistant (OTA) training courses at the Helios Training Center Berlin, we are looking for a full-time or part-time teacher (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

What to expect

Independent design of theoretical and practical lessons
Use of innovative teaching methods as well as our digital campus
Close exchange with the locations of the practical assignments in Berlin-Buch, Berlin-Zehlendorf and Bad Saarow
Regular visits by your trainees, even during the practical assignments, as well as the acceptance of the practical examinations
They work with a lot of creativity on the implementation and further development of the school's internal curriculum as well as the pedagogical-technical concept
If you have not yet started or completed your pedagogical studies, we will cover the costs of your academic training

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d) or as a nurse (m/f/d) with appropriate specialist training
Advanced or completed studies with a pedagogical focus, such as medical education, nursing education or similar
Initial experience in apprenticeships and a knack for dealing with our trainees
Personal commitment with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of teamwork
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
