To strengthen our team at the Helios Training Center Berlin , we are looking for a motivated and qualified school management (m/f/d) for the training area of surgical technical assistance (OTA).

What you can expect

School management (m/f/d): Organizational, administrative and pedagogical in the OTA area
Design curriculum: Develop & implement a modern OTA curriculum
Establish OTA training: Development & optimization at the education center
Leading lessons: Didactically plan, implement and evaluate theory & practice
Coordinate teaching organization: Managing curricula, assignments and examinations
Supporting trainees: Promoting and supervising practice

What you bring with you

Academic qualification: At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area, ideally Health or Education, as well as professional training and experience in the OTA field or ideally already completed training as a surgical assistant (OTA) (m/f/d) parallel to your studies
Curricular experience: Collaboration in the development or implementation of state-recognized OTA curricula
Teaching: Initial experience in teaching or school management would be an advantage
Soft skills: Organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
Personal profile: Great sense of responsibility, pedagogical commitment & social skills
