To strengthen our team at the Helios Training Center Berlin, we are looking for a motivated and qualified school principal (m/f/d) for the training area of surgical technical assistance (OTA).

What to expect

School management (m/f/d): Organisational, administrative and pedagogical in the OTA sector
Designing a curriculum: Developing and implementing a modern OTA curriculum
Building OTA Training: Development & Optimization at the Training Center
Leading lessons: didactically planning, implementing and evaluating theory and practice
Coordinate teaching organization: control curricula, assignment and examinations
Supporting trainees: promoting and supervising practice

What you bring to the table

Academic qualification: At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally health or education, as well as professional training and experience in the OTA sector or ideally already completed training as a surgical assistant (OTA) (m/f/d) parallel to your studies
Curricular experience: Collaboration in the development and implementation of state-approved OTA curricula
Apprenticeship: Initial experience in the classroom or school management is an advantage
Soft skills: Organizational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
Personal profile: Great sense of responsibility, pedagogical commitment & social competence
