full-time or part-time

What to expect

You are the contact person for our patients on site, but also provide information over the phone
Administration as well as report preparation and follow-up
In doing so, you will coordinate and control all patient-related activities for a smooth daily practice routine
Administrative work also falls within your area of responsibility, such as private billing or writing documents and letters on behalf of a doctor
In the laboratory, you will support you with various laboratory activities such as blood sampling or wound care
Ensuring quality and hygiene management

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Initial professional experience would be desirable
Experience in working with medical practice software
You have good manners and a safe approach to patients and their relatives
You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working, as well as a quick grasp and ability to work in a team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
