Speech therapist (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

For Helios Therapie Ost GmbH at the Berlin-Buch site, we are looking for a full-time or part-time speech therapist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Diagnostics and therapy for swallowing disorders as well as speech and language disorders
• Support for various interprofessional projects

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of speech therapy
• In addition to your professional and social skills, you enjoy and have above-average commitment in dealing with severely affected patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Attractive remuneration: You will be paid outside the standard pay scale.
• Reliable duty roster: roster is written 6 weeks in advance, no late shifts - fixed shifts from 07:00 or 09:00 (individual arrangement), part-time or full-time - mini-job or weekend-only shifts also possible.
• Flexible overtime: Services (4 hours each) on approx. 1-2 Saturdays/month and 1-2 Sundays/year (plus public holidays), overtime is credited to the hourly account and can be reduced on a daily basis if the duty roster is suitable.
• Professional freedom in treatment times: Unlike in normal practice operations, treatment takes place for 30 min. in geriatrics - in this unit, therapists can work independently in terms of content in the interests of patient well-being.
• Flat hierarchies & open communication: Team management is always available - for suggestions, concerns or criticism - and can also be contacted after hours.
• Support & further training: tuition fees + time transfer, structured further training catalog, regular further training for professional and personal development.

In the central therapy department of Helios Therapie Ost GmbH, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists work closely together and care for inpatients and outpatients in all specialist areas of the hospital.
