What to expect

Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk are part of your area of responsibility
You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
Through your cooperation, you ensure that the practice runs smoothly
You will assist with examinations, treatments and interventions and work closely with our patients
Your tasks will also include documenting treatment processes, patient data and assisting with the billing of services (health insurance and private billing)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector - but career starters are also welcome
You like to work in a team where you can rely on each other
You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
