To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center for Cardiology in Bonn, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / Medical assistant (m/f/d) - Cardiology

full-time or part-time

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk is part of your area of responsibility
• You will look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will ensure the organization of a smooth practice process through your cooperation
• You will assist with examinations, treatments and procedures and work closely with our patients
• Your tasks will also include documenting treatment procedures, patient data and assisting with the billing of services (KV and private billing)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector - but career starters are also welcome
• You enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other
• You have good manners and empathetic interaction with patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
