• Contact person at the registration as well as coordination of the practice process, including appointments and telephone service
• Electronic data management as well as maintenance and management of patient records
• Collaboration in a team with medical assistants and specialists
• Carrying out non-medical activities and assisting with general diagnostic measures

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training, also career changers
• Empathetic and empathetic approach to our patientsGood PC skills
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• Service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
