MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

What to expect

You will be the contact person for our patients and will be responsible for organizing consultation appointments and managing appointments
You will work closely with our patients and look after them before, during and after the consultation hours
This may also include support in caring for relatives during your stay in our department
They assist with diagnostics and therapy, e.g. in intravascular cytostatic immunotherapy/chemotherapy
The recording and documentation of patient data is also part of your area of responsibility
In addition, you will act as a support for service recording and billing

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector and have further training in oncology - but this is not a prerequisite
You have a high sense of responsibility and convince with your social skills and your empathetic approach to patients and relatives
You like to work in a team where you can rely on each other
Commitment, friendliness and professionalism complete your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
