MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

for the orthopaedics department

full-time or part-time

What you can expect

You will take over the reception and be the contact person for our patients on site, but also provide information over the phone and take care of appointment management
You will support us in the preparation of examinations, treatments and surgical procedures
You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities to ensure a smooth daily practice routine
Administrative tasks such as the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data also fall within your area of responsibility
In addition, you will support the recording and invoicing of services
Your support is also required to ensure quality and hygiene management

What you bring with you

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have (initial) professional experience, but this is not a must - career starters are welcome
You have knowledge of medical practice software or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with it
You have good manners and an empathetic way of working is a matter of course for you
You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as a quick grasp and the ability to work in a team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
