Palliative care nurse (m/f/d).

What you can expect

You will work interdisciplinary in a multi-professional team
You will accompany patients with a wide variety of palliative clinical pictures, both oncological and non-oncological patients with e.g. neurodegenerative diseases, severe heart failure, COPD etc. according to the latest scientific findings in palliative care
You accompany the ward rounds and support your medical colleagues
You independently visit our oncologically ill patients in the clinic
You will be responsible for the documentation

What you bring with you

You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
You already have specialist further training as a palliative care nurse or would like to complete this
You have a high degree of empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
You enjoy working independently and have a talent for organization and innovative thinking
You see yourself as part of the team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
