Chief Physician for Pneumology (m/f/d)

full-time

• As Chief Physician, you will take on all responsibility for the newly emerging pneumology department and play a key role in shaping the professional, organizational and strategic orientation. In particular, your tasks will include:
• Establishment and development of the new Department of Pneumology,
• Further development of a pneumological range of services within the internal medicine network
• Professional management in the inpatient and outpatient sector
• Diagnostics & therapy of the pneumological spectrum, including: COPD, asthma, interstitial lung diseases, pneumonia, infectious diseases, respiratory and lung tumors, pleural diseases
• Development of bronchoscopic diagnostics and interventional procedures
• Close cooperation with cardiology and gastroenterology (existing departments), radiology, intensive care medicine and other partners
• Scientific development as well as quality and structure development, representation of the clinic internally and externally

• You are a cooperative, integrating and motivating leader with a high level of professional competence. In addition, you will bring:
• Specialist (m/f/d) for internal medicine with a focus on pneumology,
• Several years of senior medical or chief physician management experience
• Innovative spirit and strategic thinking, organizational strength, flexibility and economic understanding, strong social and communication skills
• Willingness to work closely together in an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral manner
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
