Head of Pediatrics (m/f/d).

• You will represent your department as medical director in professional, economic and organizational terms and have a cooperative management style.
• You will be responsible for actively shaping pediatrics and ensuring high medical standards and quality of patient care in the field of pediatrics and adolescent medicine.
• You will also be responsible for the external presentation of the clinic and expanding the network of contacts with referring physicians.
• Treating our patients, from admission to diagnostics and discharge management, as well as educating patients and their families about clinical pictures and treatment options
• You work on an interdisciplinary basis with other specialist departments
• You work actively in the Group-wide specialist group and are committed to the further development of clinical structures and processes

• You are a specialist in pediatrics and adolescent medicine (m/f/d) (with a German license to practice) and have several years of clinical experience in the field of pediatrics
• Specialization in the field of neuropaediatrics is desirable
• You have experience in management tasks and meet the requirements for the granting of further training authorization or already have this experience
• You recognize business contexts and have a high sense of responsibility and can take on an active leadership role
• Above all, you are characterized by a high level of social competence, a motivating personality and enjoy working with our young patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Every year, we treat around 1,450 premature babies to adolescents around the clock on our pediatric and adolescent wards. In addition to basic and standard care, we offer a range of modern child-specific examination methods such as pediatric intensive care, neonatology for premature babies, pediatric sleep laboratory, pediatric surgery, child-friendly gastroenterology and bronchological and cardiological care.
