Chief Physician Pediatrics (m/f/d).

• As medical director, you represent your department professionally, economically and organizationally and have a cooperative management style.
• They are responsible for actively shaping paediatrics and, as a result, ensuring high medical standards and quality of patient care in the field of paediatrics and adolescent medicine.
• They are also responsible for the external presentation of the clinic and expand the network of contacts with referring physicians.
• Treatment of our patients, from admission to diagnostics to discharge management as well as educating patients and their families about clinical pictures and treatment options
• You will work together with other departments on an interdisciplinary basis
• You will work actively in the Group-wide specialist group and will be committed to the further development of clinical structures and processes

• You are a specialist in paediatrics and adolescent medicine (m/f/d) (with a German licence to practise medicine) and have several years of clinical experience in the field of paediatrics
• The occupation of the special field of neuropediatrics is desirable
• You have experience in management tasks and meet the requirements for the granting of a continuing education authorisation or already have this
• You recognize business relationships and have a high degree of responsibility, and you can take on an active leadership role
• They are characterized above all by a high level of social competence, a motivating personality and joy in dealing with our young patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

In our children's and adolescent wards, we treat around 1,450 premature babies to adolescents around the clock every year. In addition to basic and standard care, we have a range of modern child-specific examination methods such as paediatric intensive care, neonatology for premature babies, paediatric sleep laboratory, paediatric surgery, child-friendly gastroenterology and bronchological and cardiological care at our disposal.
