We are looking for you to support our team at the earliest possible date as

Stroke Unit Manager (m/f/d)

at the Stralsund site.

• You will lead your team professionally and personally, promote individual potential and provide advice and support
• You will continuously develop your ward together with patients, colleagues and the nursing management
• You plan, design and take responsibility for nursing care in accordance with hospital-specific standards
• You create duty rosters and take responsibility for your team's schedules
• You act as a central interface to the medical service and other professional groups

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing
• Professional experience in the inpatient area - ideally on a neurological ward with a stroke unit as well as knowledge of quality management and an interest in structured care processes
• Completed further training as a ward manager (m/f/d) or willingness to participate in management development programs
• Goal-oriented, cooperative management style and strong social skills
• Strong communication skills and respectful interaction in an interdisciplinary team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
