At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for the Helios Clinic Warburg as Medical Director of the Central Emergency Department (m/f/d) in full or part-time.

• Responsibility for the organizational and strategic management of the central emergency department
• Ensuring patient-oriented, efficient and high-quality care
• Personnel management and development of employees in the emergency department
• Control and optimization of processes in the emergency department to ensure smooth operation
• Working closely with other departments and interfaces, in particular the intensive care, radiology and nursing departments
• Ensuring compliance with all legal medical standards in the area of emergency care

• Completed studies in medicine, anesthesia, emergency medicine and further training in acute and emergency medicine
• Professional experience in an emergency department or comparable facility as well as initial experience in a managerial role
• Leadership and organizational skills as well as high resilience and decisiveness
• Team-oriented, empathetic and solution-oriented way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
