For our well-established day clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Ludwigslust site, we are looking for a new Medical Director (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What to expect

As a senior physician (m/f/d), you will take over the medical management of the Psychiatric Day Hospital in Ludwigslust on your own responsibility
You will be responsible for providing highly qualified and guideline-compliant therapy for all day clinic patients
You will lead the multi-professional team of therapists on site
They maintain close contact with the outpatient neurologists and other referring physicians and represent the day clinic in the region's psychosocial care network

What you bring to the table

You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/f/d) and have many years of clinical experience
You have a high level of professional competence in the treatment of patients with various psychiatric illnesses
You have an open-minded attitude towards an integrative psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment concept
You have the ability to lead and develop a multi-professional team with experienced therapists
You have a motivating and integrating effect in the team and are resilient in crisis situations
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
