Assistant to the ward manager (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as an assistant to the ward manager (m/f/d) for our clinic.

• Support of the ward management in organizational and administrative processes in station operation
• Coordination of appointments, patient transports and participation in scheduling
• Implementation and preparation of diagnostic measures (e.g. ECG, vital signage checks, POCT) according to medical prescription
• Assumption of nursing and assistance of medical measures including preparation and follow-up
• Documentation in the clinic information system as well as ensuring quality standards (QM, checklists, equipment tests)
• Participation in material logistics, medication preparation as well as participation in handovers and meetings

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
• Professional experience in the clinical field, ideally in acute medicine or rehabilitation
• Organizational skills and structured way of working
• Ability to prioritize tasks in everyday ward life
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment
• Sense of responsibility, reliability and safe handling of medical documentation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
