We are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager of the Central Emergency Room (m/f/d) as soon as possible

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
Completed specialist training in emergency care
You have several years of professional experience in a management position, as well as knowledge in the corresponding field of activity, as well as experience as a deputy and/or ward manager in the corresponding area of activity
Proven leadership skills coupled with the ability to motivate and develop employees in a targeted manner to ensure a strong team culture
We require creativity and resilience, combined with strong organizational and planning skills
Empathy and joy in dealing with our patients and employees is just as natural for you as personal initiative and responsible work
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
