For the Department of Gynaecology Secretariat/Surgical Admission, we are looking for a part-time Medical Assistant (m/f/d) 60%-80% at the Titisee-Neustadt location as of 01.01.2026.

What to expect

the organisation of all telephone and correspondence
Writing doctor's letters, surgical reports, medical reports, etc.
Deadline monitoring and coordination
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
the archiving of patient records, the preparation and implementation of medical consultations.

What you bring to the table

A completed training as a medical assistant (m/f) with professional experience in secretarial offices
Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and experience in independent writing
of general correspondence
Very good IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Resilience, independence, decisiveness, reliability and flexibility
A high degree of organizational skills, commitment and a sense of responsibility as well as social skills
Strong communication and cooperation skills
We require the willingness to cooperate across departments with all professional groups.
