Case Manager (m/f/d) for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

For our Helios Clinic at the Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for a full-time (38.5 h / week) or part-time Case Manager (m/f/d) for child and adolescent psychiatry from 01.05.2026

• Coordination of interdisciplinary processes relevant to case closure
• Monitoring of structural features and quality requirements relevant for billing
• Participation in quality management as well as implementation and assurance of quality and documentation standards
• Preparation of certifications, audits and test procedures
• Interdisciplinary cooperation and participation in team meetings / rounds
• Close cooperation with the doctors/psychologists/nursing team and close cooperation with medical controlling

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with further training / experience in medical coding
• Ideally, experience in process optimization, medical controlling or quality management
• Confident appearance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills
• Proof of measles immunization according to the Infection Protection Act
