We are looking for a Chief Physician General and Visceral Surgery (m/f/d) for the Dresden Cluster for our clinic in Pirna with immediate effect

• Leadership and further development: Responsibility for the technical, organizational and strategic management of the surgical departments at the Pirna and Freital sites.
• Expansion of the range of services: Further development of general and visceral surgery, focus on robotic surgery, coloproctology and bariatric surgery according to patient needs.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring high medical and nursing standards as well as continuous optimization of processes and procedures.
• Team leadership and further training: Promotion, management and development of the medical team, including active participation in the training of assistant doctors.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Close cooperation with hospital management, administration and other specialist departments for integrated, efficient patient care.
• Representation and strategy: Representation of the clinics in the region and co-creation of the future-proof orientation of the locations.

• Completed medical studies and specialist (m/f/d) in general and visceral surgery with sound surgical experience and management experience of a surgical team
• Additional qualifications desirable: "Special visceral surgery", proctology, minimally invasive surgery
• Proven leadership skills, ability to work in a team and motivation to develop employees
• Experience in hospital organization, process optimization and expansion of medical services
• Interest in and experience in specialist areas such as bowel surgery, bariatric surgery and robotic surgery
• Requirements for further training authorization exist as well as proof of legally required measles immunization
